Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing in to Maiimi Marketing Hub ("the App") with your @maiimi.com Google account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Scope and Eligibility

The App is an internal marketing operations tool provided by Maiimi (PT. Maiimi Indonesia) for the exclusive use of its employees and authorized contractors holding a verified @maiimi.com email address. Access is restricted by domain-level authentication and admin approval.

3. Account and Access

• You must use your own @maiimi.com Google account. Sharing credentials is prohibited.
• Access is granted by an admin after approval. Roles and brand permissions are assigned per user.
• You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. Notify qemhal@maiimi.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App or its connected platform data for any purpose outside of authorized Maiimi marketing operations.
• Export, share, or publish data fetched via connected platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Meta Ads) outside the Maiimi organization without written authorization.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, role restrictions, or rate limits.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the App or its source code.
• Use the App in any way that violates the terms of the connected platforms (Meta Platform Terms, TikTok Developer Terms, Google API Services User Data Policy).

5. Connected Platforms

The App connects to third-party platforms (Meta / Instagram, TikTok, Google) via OAuth on behalf of authorized Maiimi accounts. You acknowledge that:

• Use of data from these platforms is subject to each platform's respective terms and policies.
• The App only requests the minimum scopes required to fetch business insights for accounts you own or manage.
• You may revoke platform access at any time via the App's Connect page or the platform's native settings.

6. Data Ownership

All Maiimi business data, marketing assets, and reports generated through the App remain the sole property of Maiimi. Aggregate and individual analytics fetched from connected platforms are processed solely for Maiimi's internal reporting and remain Maiimi's confidential information.

7. Service Availability

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and connected-platform downtime may affect availability. We are not liable for any loss arising from service interruption.

8. Termination

Maiimi may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, including if you leave the organization, if your role changes, or if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, OAuth tokens and personal account data will be deleted within 30 days as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maiimi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Jakarta.
